About the role

The Per Diem Professional Development Associate joins Great Minds’ Implementation Services team to support districts and schools across the Midwest in adopting and implementing our curriculum products. This part‑time, remote position blends on‑site professional development facilitation with coaching to ensure high‑quality, knowledge‑rich instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds’ professional services catalog to deliver on‑site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Participate in internal training cycles to deepen knowledge of new services, facilitation, coaching skills, and product familiarity.
• Cultivate a supportive Great Minds culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality in all work environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, including at least 1 year delivering high‑quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (e.g., Wit & Wisdom, Eureka Math) and strong content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Proficiency with both digital and print education platforms and strong organizational habits for project management and deadline execution.
• Ability to make solutions‑oriented decisions in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Passion for high‑quality, knowledge‑rich curriculum and commitment to continuous improvement.
