About the role
LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions team is looking for a Key Account Director to lead relationships with core and emerging market customers. You will act as the primary business sponsor for some of the world’s most complex organizations, helping them grow revenue through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Understand how LinkedIn Sales Navigator can be leveraged by large, complex enterprises and recommend additional investments.
- Develop and execute account plans for approximately 12 named accounts, mapping decision‑makers, org charts, current usage and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional strategies with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Marketing and Insights to expand account footprint.
- Deliver ROI analyses and product business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Run quarterly business reviews to align on client initiatives, product utilization and new solution offerings.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling strategic, subscription‑based solutions to large enterprises.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to translate client business challenges into LinkedIn product value.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
