About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. In this remote, full‑time position you will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals and help them maximise the value of our services.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Diagnose client challenges and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Drive client retention by proactively addressing risks and concerns.
- Lead onboarding, launch sessions and regular check‑ins to ensure successful engagement.
- Cultivate referrals and contribute to account growth aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks and opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
