About the role

Big Marlin Group, a full‑service marketing agency in Gilbert, Arizona, is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Web Developer. You will work closely with designers, developers and clients to build responsive, user‑friendly websites that align with marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing fast, responsive websites across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update existing sites, ensuring code integrity and quality.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, improving usability and performance.
• Implement basic SEO standards during development.
• Collaborate with designers, system administrators and clients to translate requirements into functional web solutions.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a 2‑4 year degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
• Interest in staying current with web development trends.
