Professional Services Engineer – IT Infrastructure

About the role

The Professional Services Engineer leads the design, implementation and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects for clients, ensuring high quality, performance and security across networking, server, virtualization, cloud and security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects for clients, ensuring high quality, performance and security.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments, covering networking, servers, virtualization and security.
• Provide presales technical consultation and solution architecture support to sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with project managers to keep scope, schedule and deliverables on track.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with customers.

Required skills

• Network operating systems and platforms from Microsoft, VMware, Citrix and Symantec.
• Enterprise hardware solutions from HP, Dell and Cisco.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of security technologies and best practices.
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco) are a plus.
