Remote Data Entry Contractor – Salesforce Contract Management

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Contractor to manage and update contract data within our Salesforce environment. You will work independently while collaborating closely with finance, legal, and internal teams to ensure contract information is accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into client accounts in Salesforce to identify and determine contract types.
• Review and update opportunities with precise contract details.
• Analyze internal sales files to pinpoint required updates.
• Collaborate with the legal team to verify contract terms and compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of all changes made in Salesforce.
• Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and data‑security standards.

Required profile

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred but not required).
• Previous work with contract data, sales files, or legal documentation.
• Strong analytical and data‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
