About the role
Under general supervision, you will support Georgia's statewide Court Management System (CMS) by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and documenting system functionalities. You will act as a bridge between court users and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet operational needs. The position is based in Atlanta with regular office attendance and travel to court locations across the state.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with court clerks, judges, IT staff, and other stakeholders to identify and document system requirements.
- Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process‑mapping sessions.
- Create detailed workflow diagrams, use cases, and process documentation for CMS operations.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and system specifications.
- Develop user manuals, training guides, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Define, execute, and support test cases, coordinating with developers and QA teams to resolve defects.
- Provide first‑tier support for CMS issues and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver training sessions and webinars for end users and maintain a troubleshooting knowledge base.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in systems analysis.
- Ability to work under general supervision and assist senior analysts.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse court stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel statewide for meetings, training, and support.
