Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

Roth & Co is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support professional to assist users across its four U.S. locations. You will provide hands‑on assistance, learn to manage accounting platforms, and help keep the team productive.

Key responsibilities

• Support users in person and through the Jira ticketing system.
• Learn basic administration of accounting platforms such as CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks and PPC tools.
• Provide IT assistance for a variety of software and hardware solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges and ensure efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, Teams Phones, OneDrive and mobile devices.
• Basic experience with desktop hardware and support ticket systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, LAPS, endpoint protection, VPN and Apple products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OneNote and conferencing technologies.
