About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java/J2EE Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Seattle. The role focuses on building and enhancing full‑stack applications that support AI‑driven digital transformation for banks, wealth managers and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to requirements elicitation.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates into existing Java/J2EE applications.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories and ensure system stability.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end SDLC phases.
