Java & Python Developer – Boston

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Java with Python Developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) unit in Boston. You will work on full‑stack solutions that blend Java and Python technologies to deliver integrated, customer‑centric digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Participate in design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
