Content & Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Content & Enablement Specialist owns the self‑service content engine that powers the knowledge base, configuration guides, and lifecycle email campaigns for CodeRabbit’s customers. Working closely with the Director and program manager, you will write for developers, prioritize content from support data, and measure its impact on ticket deflection and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own and rank the knowledge‑base backlog, close high‑volume gaps and retire stale articles.
• Create and maintain the play library of setup guides, configuration walkthroughs, and feature‑adoption content.
• Develop lifecycle email sequences (onboarding, save‑flows, win‑back) in partnership with the success program manager.
• Track content performance metrics such as click‑through rates, ticket deflection, and adoption movement against control groups.
• Maintain the docs workflow using markdown, git, and review cycles, ensuring contributions are easy for anyone.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement for a developer‑facing product.
• Hands‑on experience reading configuration files, running setup flows, and writing guides from personal use.
• Comfortable working in a docs‑as‑code environment with markdown, git, and code review processes.
• Data‑driven mindset: prioritize content based on support tickets, search queries, and click behavior.
• Ability to measure published content, iterate, and retire under‑performing assets.
