IT Help Desk Tier 1 – Entry Level Support

About the role

Siepe is a fast‑growing technology firm serving hedge funds and financial services. The Tier 1 Help Desk role is the first point of contact for U.S. clients and internal users, providing white‑glove technical support in cloud‑first environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver front‑line support for workstations, conference rooms and managed IT resources, both remotely and on‑site.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows‑based desktops, laptops and virtual machines.
• Monitor ticketing systems and infrastructure alerts, acknowledge tickets within SLA and escalate when needed.
• Perform routine health checks, maintenance and inventory management following change‑control procedures.
• Coordinate escalations during critical incidents and contribute to business‑development technical discussions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11 and familiarity with Windows Server 2022/2025.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory (including Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and mobile device management tools.
• Basic networking skills and experience with ticketing/SLA‑driven environments.
