IT Enterprise Architect

About the role

Manhattan Associates is seeking a business‑focused technology leader to define and drive enterprise technology strategy across multiple internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, CXO, HR, R&D, and ETS. The role balances immediate business needs with long‑term simplification and reuse of the technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise technology strategy, target architecture, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, integration patterns, and reusable solution patterns.
• Partner with business technology leads to translate strategy into technology capabilities.
• Lead solutioning and brainstorming sessions for complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Guide major projects, ensuring designs align with enterprise architecture while supporting delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, consolidate capabilities, and increase reuse.
• Perform hands‑on analysis, prototyping, and validation of emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including solution and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical and business stakeholders through complex decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing large‑scale application, integration, and data architectures.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
