Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day analytics, reporting and troubleshooting support across CPT, OPE and FC, resolving incidents and enhancement requests routed through ServiceNow.
  • Act as a key contact for data and reporting needs, helping to document, stabilize and modernize existing reports, data models and data processes.
  • Write, test and troubleshoot SQL queries to access, validate and prepare data across multiple source systems.
  • Build, maintain and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models, and partner with business users to turn their questions into working analytics solutions.
  • Support migration of legacy reporting environments into current Power BI apps and help retire duplicate or unused reports.
  • Assist with Snowflake data preparation, transformation and semantic model refresh, and contribute to dbt-based transformation work as skills develop.
  • Use AI coding agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and implement AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex Analyst and Copilot agents for business use.
  • Monitor scheduled data refreshes and automated processes, troubleshoot failures and escalate as needed.
  • Document data sources, report logic and calculations, track and prioritize tickets in ServiceNow, and collaborate with the DAIE team, IT and business stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, or an MBA with a concentration in data analytics; alternatively a bachelor's degree in any discipline with equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% after COVID-19, and to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with SQL, including writing, troubleshooting and optimizing queries.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling and DAX.
  • Experience with Python, AI coding agents (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and AI-enabled tools for business consumption is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake and dbt is a plus; Azure Data Factory, Prefect, Kubernetes or Docker is a plus.
