Irrigation Install Crew Member

About the role

The Irrigation Crew Member supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial irrigation systems. Working under the direction of the Irrigation Foreman, you will help complete projects safely, efficiently, and to DeHamer Landscaping’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, handling tools and materials, and maintaining a clean job site.
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler and drip systems, valves, controllers, pumps, and mainlines.
• Help with trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and site restoration.
• Follow safety procedures, report issues to the foreman, and communicate clearly with teammates.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of irrigation components and systems (preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (chauffeur’s license preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors in Michigan weather and performing physical labor.
