iOS Software Engineer – Mobile Team

About the role

Beacon AI is building an AI platform to make aviation safer and more efficient. We are looking for an iOS Software Engineer to join our mobile team and create high‑impact iOS applications that power our flight‑safety platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver user‑friendly mobile experiences.
• Integrate internal and external APIs for real‑time data and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high quality and maintainability.
• Help maintain reliable, high‑performance mobile applications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building iOS applications (or equivalent through internships, projects, or coursework).
• Proficiency with Swift and SwiftUI; exposure to UIKit and common iOS frameworks.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, multithreading, GCD).
• Basic experience with networking, APIs, and real‑world data sources.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
