Investment FP&A Analytics Lead

About the role

The Investment FP&A Analytics Lead will sit at the core of MassMutual’s financial planning engine, translating investment strategy into forecasts and guiding senior decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of investment insight into the FP&A planning framework, shaping forward‑looking forecasts that reflect enterprise strategy.
• Deliver rigorous analysis of actual results versus plan, isolate key drivers and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
• Synthesize cross‑functional perspectives into a unified point of view and own the management takeaway for strategic decisions.
• Design scalable, driver‑based attribution frameworks as part of Finance Transformation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Treasury, Investments, Strategy or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of insurance investment portfolios and their impact on STAT and GAAP financials.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior audiences.
