Investment Banking Analyst – FinTech, Wealth & Asset Management

About the role

As an Analyst in the FinTech, Wealth and Asset Management team, you will support the full transaction cycle, from client outreach to deal execution. You will work closely with senior bankers and client management teams to develop strategic solutions for mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare marketing pitches and client presentations for M&A and capital market deals.
• Develop detailed valuation models, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses.
• Draft internal committee memoranda and support senior bankers in transaction execution.
• Interact daily with senior team members and client executives to discuss strategic alternatives.
• Participate in undergraduate recruiting activities.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an investment banking front‑office role.
• Strong academic background from a top‑tier university.
• Self‑directed, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with senior professionals and clients.
