Investment Banking Analyst – Client & Investor Relations

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst focused on client and investor relations to support active transactions. Working remotely, the analyst will partner with senior bankers to ensure clear communication and timely support for our clients and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client and investor communications, updates, follow‑ups, and information requests.
• Assist senior bankers in managing relationships and transaction‑related communications.
• Organize and schedule client and investor meetings, prepare materials, and track follow‑up items.
• Prepare professional emails, client updates, meeting summaries, and other transaction communications.
• Maintain organized records of multiple active engagements, tracking deliverables and action items.
• Review company financial statements and transaction materials.
• Build, review, and update financial models, projections, and valuation analyses.
• Support other transaction execution activities as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‑service orientation.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients, investors, meetings, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business owners, executives, investors, and senior bankers.
• Solid understanding of investment banking, corporate finance, and transaction processes.
