Investment Associate – The Fund

About the role

Steven.com is building Fund II, a Series A focused venture fund targeting consumer and tech innovators. As a US Investment Associate you will support the fund’s investment activities, working closely with the Chief Investment Officer to source, evaluate and execute deals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential portfolio companies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment theses.
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos.
• Support due diligence processes, including data collection and analysis.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams on transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong interest in early‑stage consumer and technology startups.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
