Inventory Planning & Control Manager

About the role

The Inventory Planning & Control Manager owns governance and control of inventory policy across Moog’s Commercial Aircraft Group Materials network, aligning inventory strategies with customer delivery, operational capacity and working‑capital goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own governance and control of inventory policy across the Commercial Materials network.
• Develop and maintain inventory targets, safety stock, min/max settings and reorder parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
• Represent inventory in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reviews, providing positions, projections and risk assessments.
• Drive near‑term material availability through Integrated Tactical Planning and reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, create executive dashboards and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in inventory analysis, financial analysis or statistical reporting.
• Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning, demand‑supply balancing and production planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis.
• Ability to obtain access to U.S. export‑controlled information.
