International Tax Specialist

About the role

We are launching a new US office in Midtown Manhattan and are looking for an International Tax Specialist to join from day one. The role focuses on genuine cross‑border tax work for high‑net‑worth US and UK private clients, foreign trusts, and fund structures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory tax services on international trusts, estates, and private client matters.
• Design and implement cross‑border structuring and planning solutions.
• Prepare and review fund and partnership reporting for global entities.
• Collaborate with an established international team to deliver high‑quality, billable work.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in international tax.
• Strong understanding of US and UK tax regimes for private clients.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of client engagements.
• Willingness to contribute to the growth of a new office.

Required skills

• Knowledge of foreign trust taxation.
• Experience with cross‑border tax structuring.
• Familiarity with fund and partnership reporting requirements.
