International Relocation Consultant II (Remote, US)

About the role

The International Assignment Consultant II acts as the primary navigator for both international and domestic relocations, ensuring a seamless experience for assignees and their families. Based in the United States and working fully remotely, you will administer relocation policies, coordinate shipments, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with Cartus and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination for all phases of international assignment activities on behalf of the client.
• Provide exceptional customer service and counsel assignees on optimal use of program benefits.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Cartus products and deliver services according to contractual agreements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate data in Cartus systems to satisfy audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relocation work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in the relocation field with direct client contact.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, planning, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
