Instructional Aide (Part-Time)

About the role

The Academy seeks a visionary Instructional Aide to support blended, research‑based teaching. You will work with students and staff to ensure high expectations and help every learner graduate.

Key responsibilities

• Create, administer, and reset student accounts in the Learning Management System and related online curricular platforms.
• Upload assessment data to centralized servers and generate usage reports for the Academy team.
• Guide students on using curricular and diagnostic software, assisting with personalized learning paths.
• Perform routine technology maintenance, apply software patches, and run data analysis on student progress.
• Supervise students, support substitute teachers, and uphold ethical confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Agreement with a Christian Statement of Faith.
• Strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
• Ability to build effective work relationships.
• Preferred: AA degree, 48 upper‑division semester units, or higher.
• Pre‑employment clearance from DOJ and FBI.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Online assessment system operation.
• Proficiency with various software applications.
• Computer hardware troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $18 based on experience.
