Installation Manager (Windows & Doors)

About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a precise, hands‑on Installation Manager to lead residential window and door projects in Anchorage and support work in remote Alaska regions as needed. The role blends technical measurement, estimating, field leadership, project management, customer service, and crew development.

Key responsibilities

• Measure window and door openings accurately, assess site conditions, and build labour estimates and scopes of work.
• Manage each project through installation and completion, directing subcontractors, making job‑level financial decisions, and ensuring quality, safety, and homeowner satisfaction.
• Coach and train installation crews, identify training gaps, and continuously improve installation processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide customer education, resolve issues professionally, and protect the company’s reputation through clear communication.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment with full ownership of project outcomes.
• Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM as needed and travel to remote Alaska locations.
• Proven ability to lead crews, manage schedules, and maintain high quality standards.

• Base salary of $70,000‑$80,000 annually, based on experience.
