Inside Sales Team Manager

About the role

Vistance Networks is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Team Manager to lead its Central Inside Sales Ruckus Team in Charlotte, NC. You will coach a high‑performing inside sales group, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely with account managers and partner ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 10+ inside sales professionals.
• Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through telephone sales and coordinated field visits.
• Partner with channel distributors, installation partners, consultants, engineers, and integrators to expand market reach.
• Continuously refine sales processes based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience building high‑performance inside sales teams.
• Proven track record in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent that exceeds sales goals.
• Strong B2B outbound sales experience in a technology environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms to drive sales efficiency.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for client communications and presentations.
