Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Liberty Roofing Center, a distributor of roofing shingles and building materials with nine locations in the eastern USA, is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join its Beaver, PA team. The role supports the customer base through outbound phone work, order processing and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers and Territory Sales Representatives to support the customer base
• Handle outbound sales calls, contact potential prospects and pass pre-qualified leads to territory sales reps
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Provide sales support for walk-in customers
• Follow up on customer and administrative inquiries in a timely way
• Attend meetings, events and company-provided training as required
• Follow company policies and perform any other duties assigned

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Positive, winning, can-do attitude
• General understanding of sales and customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of building and construction products preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
