About the role

The Inside Sales Representative supports Outside Sales Representatives and assists phone and walk‑in customers, building trust and lasting business relationships.

Key responsibilities

Process customer orders and coordinate with dispatch for truck deliveries.
Manage rail delivery orders, coordinate with loading supervisors and railroad services.
Assist contract truck drivers by generating loading tickets for order pick‑ups.
Answer product inquiries, process orders, and issue loading tickets or payment receipts for phone and walk‑in customers.
Verify brick availability through inventory systems and communicate with loading yard supervisors.
Notify customers when orders are ready and coordinate delivery logistics by truck or rail.
Compile data, prepare reports, and handle routine correspondence.
