Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by handling inbound quote requests, assisting clients with product and service changes, and driving outbound upsell activity across existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales requests and provide accurate, timely quotes for hardware, phones, carrier changes, and related add‑ons.
• Support existing clients with product upgrades, renewals, and service updates.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns to identify upsell opportunities and generate revenue from existing accounts.
• Track quotes, activities, and follow‑up tasks in CRM and sales systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer‑facing sales experience.
• Experience with technology, telecom, managed services, or related products is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort using CRM and quoting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with quotes, pricing, and order coordination.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive client outreach.
• Preferred: experience in telecom, MSP, cybersecurity, or IT‑related sales; knowledge of quoting processes, margin awareness, and order management.
