Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager leads the sales team at in‑telecom, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver the best client experience. This role monitors performance metrics, coaches representatives before and after client meetings, and drives revenue growth through effective sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to exceed targets.
• Manage a real‑time scorecard and monitor activity in Salesforce.
• Coach the team on pre‑ and post‑client meeting best practices.
• Identify and close gaps in sales standards, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, reliable forecasting, and data‑driven resource planning.
• Review and approve quotes, service agreements, and ITC contracts.
• Participate in leadership meetings, providing updates on pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance.
• Establish meeting rhythms and reporting structures to drive accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling to mid‑level and executive managers in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Business acumen with an understanding of strategic, financial, and operational aspects of a telecom company.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership, customers, and the sales team.
