Information Environment Operations Analyst

About the role

CACI is seeking an Information Environment Operations (IEO) Analyst in Tampa to help synchronize intelligence, targeting and operational planning for Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Information Operations (IO), cyberspace operations and other non-kinetic activities. The analyst integrates all-source intelligence with operational planning to identify opportunities for information advantage and supports the planning and execution of influence activities and information-related capabilities. Positions are open at both Senior and Journeyman levels, with up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence analysis, targeting and operational planning to support OIE, IO, cyberspace operations and other non-kinetic effects.
• Develop intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses, intelligence estimates and targeting products.
• Synchronize with intelligence analysts and planners to turn intelligence, collection reporting and operational assessments into targeting decisions.
• Coordinate, consolidate, track and manage intelligence requirements for information-related capabilities and non-kinetic operations.
• Analyze adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, leadership, networks, intentions and behaviors to identify opportunities for operational advantage.
• Integrate intelligence reporting and assessments into measures of effectiveness and performance, and support targeting working groups and operational planning teams.
• Facilitate intelligence deconfliction and synchronization across operational, intelligence, cyber and information environment stakeholders.
• Produce intelligence products, briefings and assessments for campaign planning and operational design.

Required profile

• Journeyman: 3-10 years of experience supporting intelligence operations, targeting, IO, OIE, cyberspace operations or military planning; Senior: 10+ years.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence analysis, targeting methodologies and operational planning, and producing intelligence assessments, target audience analyses, network analyses and intelligence estimates.
• Experience supporting joint, inner-agency, multinational or Combatant Command operations and coordinating across multiple staffs and mission partners.
• Desired: experience with targeting processes, cyberspace operations, influence activities, operational assessment or strategic competition initiatives.
