About the role

This job is responsible for initiating infection control measures throughout the system in line with accepted standards and regulatory requirements. It involves maintaining records, preparing reports, conducting infection surveillance, and ensuring compliance with state and regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Supports Infection Control program and policies.
  • Manages data, analysis and dissemination of Infection Control information.
  • Implements Infection Control education and training for staff.
  • Maintains records and prepares infection‑control reports.
  • Identifies patient and employee exposures and responds according to CDC and company policy.
  • Facilitates Infection Control Committee meetings and circulates minutes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in infection control.
  • Certified Infection Control (CIC) certification preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
