Industrial Recycling Management Team Leader

About the role

Kaisha Service is looking for a Team Leader for its industrial recycling management function in Princeton. The role handles scrap, recyclable, non-hazardous and hazardous waste generated from automobile manufacturing, and contributes to environmental management system performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in pollution prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Follow standardized work instructions for the safe removal and disposal of waste and recyclables from manufacturing facilities
• Lead team members in following those work instructions
• Clean the work area according to 5S standards
• Lead and/or take part in team meetings and trainings
• Participate in Kaizen activities

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months of related experience or training
