About the role
If you are passionate about maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this position offers the chance to work with high‑speed production equipment at a leading brewery. Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC‑controlled high‑speed production equipment and batch processes.
- Maintain plant power distribution and perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of equipment using precision tools.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to guide maintenance actions.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
- Document all maintenance activities in SAP, including parts issuance and inspection data.
- Prioritize and self‑schedule work around production to meet KPI targets.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED; 3 years industrial electrical/programming experience (or two‑year technical degree).
- Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen Bradley (PLC5, ControlLogix) and Siemens.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors and motor control systems up to 480 V.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot high‑speed automated equipment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and SAP/CMMS usage.
