In-House Legal Counsel

About the role

Stego is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to join a collaborative, growth‑focused team. This remote position supports day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives by providing practical, business‑forward legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of agreements, including customer, supplier, confidentiality, services, licensing, and other corporate contracts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify objectives, assess risks, and drive timely negotiations.
• Create and maintain agreement playbooks, templates, and contracting processes to improve speed, consistency, and risk management.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property matters, including protection strategies and compliance.
• Support cross‑functional teams with proactive legal solutions that align with company growth plans.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with experience in corporate, contract, and intellectual property law.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
