In-Home Sales Representative

About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative you will meet homeowners at their residences to showcase our windows and baths solutions. You will deliver presentations, provide accurate estimates, and handle all documentation required for the sale. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations, demonstrating products and services.
• Prepare timely presentations, detailed estimates, and complete sales documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.
