Implementation & Support Specialist

About the role

Luminary is looking for an Implementation & Support Specialist to lead the onboarding of new clients onto its AI‑driven wealth‑transfer platform. You will be the primary point of contact during the launch phase, ensuring a smooth transition from configuration to live operation while providing day‑to‑day support.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end client onboarding, including tenant setup, configuration, alignment calls, training delivery, and hands‑on support through go‑live.
• Act as the product expert for customers, resolving inbound support tickets and escalating complex issues to engineering or the Customer Success team.
• Maintain and continuously improve onboarding playbooks, Luminary Academy content, and supporting documentation.
• Identify recurring themes from onboarding and support interactions and relay insights to inform the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in wealth management or a customer‑facing onboarding/implementation/support role within B2B fintech SaaS.
• Comfort building deep platform expertise and translating it into clear training and support for non‑technical users.
• Strong process orientation with a habit of documenting, systematizing, and improving workflows.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
