IT Manager – Global IT Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead Earnix’s global IT function, overseeing infrastructure, service delivery, security and AI integration across worldwide offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global IT operations, including help desk support, systems administration, endpoint management and infrastructure.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational and growth needs into scalable IT solutions, policies and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the company’s information security program, ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other regulatory frameworks.
• Drive adoption and integration of AI‑powered tools and automation across IT workflows to enhance efficiency and security.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing, globally distributed IT team, setting clear goals, best practices and a culture of service excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT experience in a global technology or SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a people‑management role.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), endpoint management (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and proven experience managing security operations, incident response and risk management.
• Project‑management and vendor‑management expertise, delivering IT initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and automation platforms (n8n); proactive attitude toward emerging technologies.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
