Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education

About the role

The Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in managing projects across cross‑functional teams within Elsevier Enterprise Accounts. This position works closely with internal partners such as Customer Success, Curriculum Solutions, Product, Sales, and IT to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation, communicating status until completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Maintain a customer‑focused orientation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, risk logs, and roadmaps.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to balance customer impact, resource allocation, and timelines.

Required profile

• Experience with health information systems or related technology.
• Proven experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong project delivery skills, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities for senior leadership and customers.
