Implementation Project Manager – Ostro (Life Sciences SaaS)

About the role

Veeva Ostro, a specialized division within Veeva, helps life‑science companies improve brand engagement using AI. As an Implementation Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end software deployments, acting as the main bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure successful, on‑time launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live, coordinating with Product, Sales, Support and client teams.
• Identify project risks early and propose alternative solutions to keep timelines on track.
• Configure client applications using a no‑code flow builder, conduct QA testing, and prepare annotations for regulatory submissions.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle to guide clients through successful launches.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience managing 5‑10 concurrent SaaS implementations, using critical‑path analysis and risk management.
• Strong communication and organization skills to guide clients, manage stakeholders and troubleshoot issues.
• Comfort with SaaS platforms and handling one‑way system integrations.

Required skills

• No‑code flow builder for application configuration.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
