ICAM Senior Consultant - Security Engineering

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber team is hiring a Project ICAM Senior Consultant (Security Engineer III) in Rosslyn, Virginia, to support secure federal ICAM services. The role sits within the Government & Public Services practice and its Digital Trust & Privacy offering, which protects the trust and safety of online communications and digital products. The Project Delivery Talent Model focuses on delivering services to clients, with employment tied to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Support secure federal ICAM services across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments, including workloads subject to FedRAMP High requirements.
• Perform cloud financial operations (FinOps) and network administration in coordination with engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Support federal ICAM and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations to maintain access controls and service reliability.
• Administer ServiceNow configurations and workflows supporting ICAM service operations.
• Develop metrics and dashboards, improve processes and support authorization to operate (ATO) documentation aligned with agency policies and NIST controls.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
• 3+ years supporting IAM programs, platforms or services, and consulting experience including requirements analysis, stakeholder coordination and work plan management.
• Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP environments under FedRAMP High, CyberArk PAM, ServiceNow administration and NIST controls for ATO documentation.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and Active Public Trust security clearance.
