ICAM Project Lead (Security Engineering)

About the role

Deloitte's Cyber team is looking for an ICAM Project Lead (Lead Security Engineer II) in Rosslyn, Virginia, to support secure federal ICAM services. The role sits within the Government & Public Services practice and its Digital Trust & Privacy offering, which protects the trust and safety of online communications and digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Support secure federal ICAM services across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments, including workloads subject to FedRAMP High requirements.
• Perform cloud financial operations (FinOps) and network administration in coordination with engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Support federal ICAM and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations to maintain access controls and service reliability.
• Administer ServiceNow configurations and workflows supporting ICAM service operations.
• Develop metrics and dashboards, improve processes and support authorization to operate (ATO) documentation aligned with agency policies and NIST controls.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.
• 5+ years supporting IAM programs, platforms or services.
• 5+ years of consulting experience: client requirements and data analysis, written recommendations and presentations, stakeholder coordination, work plans and milestones, and implementation support.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and Active Public Trust security clearance.

Required skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP environments, including FedRAMP High workloads.
• Experience supporting CyberArk PAM operations and ServiceNow administration.
• Experience applying NIST controls and supporting ATO documentation.
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Compensation range of $116,200-$229,100 for Rosslyn, VA, depending on skills, experience and other factors.
