Hybrid Resident Services Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and supports property staff in planning resident activities, ensuring a quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions, orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up and package deliveries.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, manage contracts, collect fees, and maintain guest suite conditions.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and prepare weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting needed repairs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of resident services experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of property management software for work order processing.
• Organizational skills for scheduling rentals and managing newsletters.
