HVAC Specialist (Water Source Heat Pumps/Geothermal)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a knowledgeable HVAC Specialist to provide phone and email troubleshooting for residential and commercial water‑source heat pump, geothermal, and air‑conditioning systems. You will act as a technical resource for contractors, dealers, engineers, architects, and homeowners, delivering accurate solutions and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on a variety of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, Risk Assessment, Warranty, and Returns teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with new product introductions by reviewing technical documentation and creating training resources, including videos.
• Represent Bosch in complaint resolution and technical investigations, delivering root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and manage departmental email communications.
• Perform on‑site field troubleshooting when required, with occasional domestic and international travel.
• Support peers by sharing expertise and contributing to their technical development.
• Provide after‑hours support during critical rollouts or escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC technical support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of air‑to‑air heat pumps, water‑source heat pumps, and geothermal systems in residential and commercial settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications such as NATE or EPA are a plus.
