HVAC Service Technician - Construction

About the role
Kennedy Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for its Construction Department. The technician will handle start‑up, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of new HVAC systems and controls.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service HVAC equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Submit daily paperwork and keep vehicle, tools, and equipment clean.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service skills and ability to work standard business hours.
- Valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.
- OSHA 10 Certified (preferred) and EPA Certified (preferred).
