Human Resources Manager II

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Human Resources Manager II to lead core HR functions across the location. The role focuses on turnover management, recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance and safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage turnover, recruitment, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and address employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws.
• Oversee safety training, reinforce safety policies and promote a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, including safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet tools.
