HR Training Facilitator

About the role

Join the Human Resources team at Busch Gardens Williamsburg as an HR Training Facilitator. You will partner with park leadership and the training manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support both new hires and seasoned ambassadors across all divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation, department, and on‑the‑job training for ambassadors at every level, from hourly staff to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Prepare and maintain training manuals, multimedia aids, and other instructional materials, ensuring they reflect current company policies.
• Manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and track completion metrics.
• Provide seamless transitions for new or rehired ambassadors from orientation to full‑time roles.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training programs.
• Experience facilitating high‑volume new‑hire orientations preferred.
• Background in a service‑industry environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
