HR Services Coordinator (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Coordinator for HR Services to support multiple Purina factories on a 12‑month contract. The role blends administrative HR tasks with stakeholder communication, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations. You will work onsite Monday‑Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and pay changes.
• Maintain personnel records, ensure I‑9 verification, and manage documentation for employment changes.
• Provide routine HR inquiries and system expertise to factories, field personnel, and HR Business Partners.
• Coordinate training, new‑hire orientations, and support high‑volume workloads for assigned client groups.
• Document and share knowledge, continuously improve departmental processes, and report trends to HR leadership.
• Serve as a liaison, communicating departmental concerns and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer‑service experience and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform.
