HR & Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator to work on our South San Francisco fulfillment floor. The role is hands‑on, execution‑focused and partners closely with the Warehouse Manager, People Operations, and the Director of HR.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting pipeline for warehouse roles, keeping candidate records accurate in the ATS.
• Screen candidates, conduct in‑person interviews, and coordinate interview schedules to ensure rapid hiring.
• Lead weekly day‑one orientations, set up new hires in company systems, and deliver basic safety training.
• Maintain daily hourly timekeeping, attendance records, and support break‑schedule administration.
• Serve as the first‑line HR contact for frontline staff, answering questions on benefits, PTO, paychecks, and policies while maintaining a visible floor presence.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of HR administration, recruiting, or operations support experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively with diverse frontline teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to clean records and organized files.
• Self‑starter mindset, comfortable moving between screening, record‑keeping, and floor‑level support.
