Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team on a contract basis. This remote position plays a key role in moving candidates smoothly through the recruitment pipeline, supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and staffing agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling (phone, onsite, Zoom) for candidates, managers, and staffing agencies across multiple departments.
• Manage calendar changes and communicate updates to all parties.
• Maintain the requisition report with accurate recruiting activity data.
• Post open positions on LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Participate in weekly talent acquisition and recruiting meetings, providing status updates.
• Adhere to company core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Smartsheets.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn for job posting and candidate outreach.
